The Bordeaux University Hospital and the Fondation Culturespaces are committed
to hospitalized children !
Since 2009, the Fondation Culturespaces has dedicated part of its actions to children weakened by illness. To do this, we are building relationships of trust with hospitals and pediatric services. The recent partnership agreement with the Bordeaux University Hospital is a good example.
Within the framework of the signature of a partnership agreement, children in the pediatric wards of the Bordeaux University Hospital will be able to participate in the "Art Immersion" program developed around the immersive digital exhibitions presented at the Bassins des Lumières.
Our objective is to offer a version of the program adapted to the constraints of the hospital and to the care pathways of hospitalized children. And to allow them a creative and cultural interlude in their day, in group or at the bedside.
This year, 179 hospitalized children in France were able to participate in the "Art Immersion" artistic and cultural education program.
A big thank you to the Bordeaux University Hospital for their confidence in this partnership, which will allow us to perpetuate our actions in hospitals and to make our programs available to a maximum number of children.
